This project holds a special place in my heart—an opportunity to bring a young family’s dream to life, crafting a home that is as functional as it is beautiful. From the very beginning, every space was thoughtfully designed to reflect their vision: a sanctuary for family life that also celebrates the joy of gathering, entertaining, and lingering.
From intimate corners to the heart of the home, this residence is a dialogue between warmth and modernity, comfort and elegance, family life and curated design. It’s a home that tells a story—one of intention, beauty, and the joy of living in a space created entirely from the ground up.
Inspired by their summers in Martha’s Vineyard, we sought to infuse the home with a sense of ease, flexibility, and comfort. Light-filled rooms, open layouts, and carefully curated textures create spaces that feel effortlessly inviting—spaces you want to spend hours in. At the same time, we brought in a touch of urban energy, layering sophistication and vibrancy into the entertaining areas, ensuring they feel lively, contemporary, and magnetic.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the design of this private family residence seamlessly marries form with function, proving that practicality and beauty can coexist. Layers of fabrics and tactile textures interplay throughout, reflecting the dynamic essence of the family that calls this property home.
