What is an average day like for you as a mom as well as Fashion Director at Teen Vogue/Allure?

I’m up around 7:00 am when Diego wakes up and we have our mommy and me moment - breakfast watch Sesame Street or little Pim and then chill. Then I go to work which is different every single day - shoots, in office meeting, market appointments, etc - and try and be back at home before he goes to bed around 7:30/8:00. Sometimes I don’t get to see him at night, so the mornings I truly cherish the time I have with him.

What do you look for in a Fall or Winter coat?

I look for shape and something that will look good while wearing a chunky sweater. I layer up in the winter, so the coat has to be a shape that can handle what’s underneath and not make me look like the Michelin’s man. And obviously something that will keep me warm.

Why did you choose these three coats from the entire collection?

The shapes, patterns, and textures of the coats tell a story on their own. They also speak to my style and are classics that can be worn for years to come.

Has being a mom changed the way you shop? How so?

Honestly no. I shop how I always shop. My style has not changed since becoming a mom. I actually have enjoyed fashion more after becoming a mom.
