RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Making a return or exchange is easy. For all of our shipping needs, Michelle Waugh uses UPS.

Please make sure you request all returns and exchanges within 7 days. The item must then be sent back to us within 7 days of the return or exchange request. Please note that if you do return an item, you will be charged a restocking fee of $50.00. There are no extra charges for exchanges.

STEP 1
Email us at info@michellewaugh.com and mention in the subject line whether you are making a “return” or “exchange”.

STEP 2
Please include in the email the address where we will have to pick up the package.

STEP 3
Once we receive the email we will generate a shipping label and email it back to you.

STEP 4
Print the label and attach it securely to the outside of your package.


If you have requested a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method used.

Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Michelle Waugh. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Michelle Waugh. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at info@michellewaugh.com.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Garment bags should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the bag is damaged.
Free collection does not apply to items returned from a different country to the original shipping destination.


OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any packaging such as garment bags should be included with your return.

Please email info@michellewaugh.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Make sure you have received approval for your return before you ship it back to us.


FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
